Registered in 2010, the Mendonsa Foundation is a Mumbai-based development organization flourishing under the able leadership and guidance of its founder, Dr. Vivek G. Mendonsa.
Since its inception, the foundation has tirelessly worked for the betterment of children from marginalised communities, at-risk youth from vulnerable sections of society, empowered women, and striven to provide a second lease of life for senior citizens.

Since its registration, the Mendonsa Foundation has collaborated with numerous agencies to support underprivileged children born with Cleft Lip and Cleft Palate, as well as other deformities such as Club Foot. We also help Upskill Youth to meet their full potential.
At the core of the foundation’s goals lies its pledge to ensure a smile on every child’s face and provide children with unwavering support as they take their very first steps.
The foundation’s unceasing dedication to treating Orofacial clefts and club feet among infants occupies the nucleus of its goal. We’re also determined to upskill deserving students and give them a competitive advantage on the world stage.
To act as a bridge connecting passionate donors, organisations, and societies with the most deserving members of the community who feel disadvantaged due to financial constraints.

Vivek Mendonsa is a true visionary and the captain of the Mendonsa Foundation. After establishing a new way forward for the distinguished optometry brand Lawrence and Mayo through his innovative marketing strategies, Vivek has his vision set on being involved in social welfare through the Mendonsa Foundation. He is committed to providing employment opportunities to the country's socially disadvantaged youth and has several initiatives in place to aid in the growth and development of children.

On behalf of our toddlers, staff, and the school management, we wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Mendonsa Foundation for your generous support and loving contribution of six tricycles to our Kindergarten.
The very first day of the Second Semester of the academic year 2025-26, Monday, 03rd November 2025, brought unexpected joy, excitement and beautiful smiles to our little ones. What started as a request for four tricycles turned into a greater blessing when you immediately helped with an additional two, making it a total of six tricycles.
Your noble gesture of promptly transferring ₹5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) the moment the request was conveyed, truly reflects your commitment towards children and the cause of education. You have once again strengthened our belief that compassion continues to nurture our small temple of learning.
We humbly request your kind assistance for the remaining balance amount, for which we are forwarding the concerned bill along with this note. The same shall be remitted to the local supplier accordingly.
